Military spending reaches $3.5 billion in Morocco and $9.6 billion in Algeria, SIPRI says

In 2018, Morocco’s military spending reached $3.5 billion. During the same period, Algeria spent $9.6 billion on defense, revealed SIPRI in a recent report on global military spending.

The World Health Statistics 2017 is an annually-released report that compiles a set of information on health in several countries. The WHO’s survey brings a set of information regarding the situation of health in Morocco, claiming that the kingdom spent 6% of its general governmental expenditure on the health sector in 2014.
