21.6.مَا آمَنَتْ قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَفَهُمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ

21.6. Pas une seule cité parmi celles que Nous avons anéanties avant eux n'avait cru à la vue des miracles. Y croiront-ils, eux, s'ils les voyaient?

21.6 . Not a township believed of those which We destroyed before them ( though We sent them portents ) : would they then believe?

21.6. Ma amanat qablahum min qaryatin ahlaknaha afahum yu/minoona

21.7.وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ إِلاَّ رِجَالاً نُّوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ فَاسْأَلُواْ أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِن كُنتُمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ

21.7. Nous n'avons envoyé avant toi que des hommes à qui nous faisions des révélations. Interrogez là-dessus les gens de l'Écriture, si vous l'ignorez !

21.7 . And We sent not ( as Our messengers ) before thee other than men whom We inspired . Ask the followers of the Reminder if ye know not?

21.7. Wama arsalna qablaka illa rijalan noohee ilayhim fais-aloo ahla alththikri in kuntum la taAAlamoona

21.8.وَمَا جَعَلْنَاهُمْ جَسَداً لَّا يَأْكُلُونَ الطَّعَامَ وَمَا كَانُوا خَالِدِينَ

21.8. Et Nous n'en avons pas fait des corps pouvant se passer de nourriture ou des êtres immortels.

21.8 . We gave them not bodies that would not eat food , nor were they immortals .

21.8. Wama jaAAalnahum jasadan la ya/kuloona alttaAAama wama kanoo khalideena

21.9.ثُمَّ صَدَقْنَاهُمُ الْوَعْدَ فَأَنجَيْنَاهُمْ وَمَن نَّشَاء وَأَهْلَكْنَا الْمُسْرِفِينَ

21.9. Puis Nous avons tenu envers eux Notre promesse en les sauvant, eux et ceux qu'il Nous a plu de sauver, et en anéantissant les transgresseurs.

21.9 . Then We fulfilled the promise unto them . So We delivered them and whom We would , and We destroyed the prodigals .

21.9. Thumma sadaqnahumu alwaAAda faanjaynahum waman nashao waahlakna almusrifeena

21.10.لَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ كِتَاباً فِيهِ ذِكْرُكُمْ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

21.10. En vérité, Nous vous révélons un Livre qui constitue un rappel pour vous. Finirez-vous par le comprendre?

21.10 . Now We have revealed unto you a Scripture wherein is your Reminder . Have ye then no sense?

21.10. Laqad anzalna ilaykum kitaban feehi thikrukum afala taAAqiloona
