29.31.وَلَمَّا جَاءتْ رُسُلُنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ بِالْبُشْرَى قَالُوا إِنَّا مُهْلِكُو أَهْلِ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ إِنَّ أَهْلَهَا كَانُوا ظَالِمِينَ

29.31. Et lorsque Nos émissaires vinrent annoncer à Abraham la bonne nouvelle, ils lui déclarèrent : «Nous allons anéantir les habitants de cette cité, car ce sont des gens véritablement pervers.»

29.31 . And when Our messengers brought Abraham the good news , they said : Lo! we are about to destroy the people of that township , for its people are wrong doers .

29.31. Walamma jaat rusuluna ibraheema bialbushra qaloo inna muhlikoo ahli hathihi alqaryati inna ahlaha kanoo thalimeena

29.32.قَالَ إِنَّ فِيهَا لُوطاً قَالُوا نَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن فِيهَا لَنُنَجِّيَنَّهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ

29.32. «Mais Loth est parmi eux !», dit Abraham. «Nous savons mieux que quiconque ceux qui s'y trouvent, répondirent les émissaires. Nous le sauverons, lui et les siens, excepté sa femme qui est du nombre des condamnés.»

29.32 . He said : Lo! Lot is there . They said : We are best aware of who is there . We are to deliver him and his household , all save his wife , who is of those who stay behind .

29.32. Qala inna feeha lootan qaloo nahnu aAAlamu biman feeha lanunajjiyannahu waahlahu illa imraatahu kanat mina alghabireena

29.33.وَلَمَّا أَن جَاءتْ رُسُلُنَا لُوطاً سِيءَ بِهِمْ وَضَاقَ بِهِمْ ذَرْعاً وَقَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّا مُنَجُّوكَ وَأَهْلَكَ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَكَ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ

29.33. Et lorsque Nos émissaires se présentèrent chez Loth, celui-ci, se sentant incapable de les protéger, fut très affligé à leur arrivée. Mais les émissaires le rassurèrent en lui disant : «N'aie crainte, et ne t'afflige point ! Nous allons te sauver, toi et les tiens, excepté ta femme qui est du nombre des condamnés.

29.33 . And when Our messengers came unto Lot , he was troubled upon their account , for he could not protect them ; but they said : Fear not , nor grieve! Lo! we are to deliver thee and thy household , ( all ) save thy wife , who is of those who stay behind .

29.33. Walamma an jaat rusuluna lootan see-a bihim wadaqa bihim tharAAan waqaloo la takhaf wala tahzan inna munajjooka waahlaka illa imraataka kanat mina alghabireena

29.34.إِنَّا مُنزِلُونَ عَلَى أَهْلِ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ رِجْزاً مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْسُقُونَ

29.34. Nous allons faire tomber du ciel un cataclysme sur les habitants de cette cité en punition de leurs crimes.»

29.34 . Lo! we are about to bring down upon folk of this township a fury from the sky because they are evil livers .

29.34. Inna munziloona AAala ahli hathihi alqaryati rijzan mina alssama-i bima kanoo yafsuqoona

29.35.وَلَقَد تَّرَكْنَا مِنْهَا آيَةً بَيِّنَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ

29.35. Et de cette catastrophe Nous avons laissé des traces visibles, pour ceux qui savent réfléchir.

29.35 . And verily of that We have left a clear sign for people who have sense .

29.35. Walaqad tarakna minha ayatan bayyinatan liqawmin yaAAqiloona
