Fashion designer Mo Benchellal won the prestigious Vogue Fashion award with his fashion house Benchellal. Created in 2015 to give a boost to promising designers from the Arab world, the Vogue Fashion Prize annually rewards young talents.
Mo Benchellal studied at Mode Lyceum in Amsterdam and founded his own fashion house in 2007. The prize also includes a sum of money of 150,000 dollars (122,000 euros). Mo Benchellal will have a seat in the Vogue Arabia showroom during the Paris fashion week, with advice from the fashion magazine.
The stylist will also have the opportunity to showcase his creations via an online store.
