Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi, most expensive Arab player

Atlas Lion Achraf Hakimi, who plays as a right back for Paris Saint-Germain, is, along with Egyptian Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), the most expensive Arab player, with an estimated market value of 65 million euros, according to specialist website Transfermarkt.

The market value of Achraf Hakimi and Mohamed Salah, who are taking part with their respective national teams in the final phase of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON-2023), scheduled to start on January 13 in Côte d'Ivoire, now stands at 65 million euros each, the same source added.

Another Moroccan, Naif Aguerd, who plays for West Ham (English Premier League), comes second with a market value of around 38 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.

AC Milan's Ismail Bennacer is in third place with a market value of 35 million euros, followed by Bayern Munich's Nousseir Mazraoui (Morocco) with 30 million euros.
