The Urban Agency of Al Hoceïma is implementing a set of measures to support Moroccan expatriates (MREs) during their summer stay, aiming to improve service quality and reception conditions.
In a statement, the Agency highlighted a one-stop shop dedicated to MREs, set up at its headquarters (80, Mohammed V Avenue) to expedite file processing, resolve administrative matters [e.g., permits, approvals], and support their projects. On-call services will also be available outside of working hours, including Saturdays and public holidays.
Looking towards the future, a permanent unit will be created to welcome the diaspora, and a communication desk will be established at the port of Al Hoceïma under the slogan «Urban agencies at the service of Moroccans worldwide».
From August 12 to 16, the Agency will organize open days to strengthen communication and raise awareness about its programs, missions, and services offered.
