Moroccan culture will take center stage in Atlanta this week as Underground Atlanta, a historic downtown entertainment and commercial district, hosts a two-day fan celebration ahead of Morocco’s final Group C World Cup match against Haiti.

The event will feature live Moroccan music, cultural performances, traditional decor, henna activities, a Casablanca-inspired red carpet and large screens broadcasting the match. Organizers have also planned a football-themed program, including futsal and soccer activities open to all ages, local media reported.

A supporters’ rally is scheduled for June 24, beginning at 2 p.m. on Peachtree Street before making its way to Atlanta Stadium, where the Atlas Lions will face Haiti.

The festivities aim to showcase Moroccan culture and bring together supporters ahead of a decisive World Cup fixture. Moroccan influencers are also expected to take part in the celebrations, which will continue throughout the matchday in downtown Atlanta.
