«Presented in the form of packages per channel combining operating and investment credits with pre-financing or advances on subsidies granted by the State, these offers target suppliers as well as producers, processors or exporters and local marketing», explains the GCAM.

This system is characterized by credit amounts, term and deferred amortization in line with the nature and expected profitability of the investments; adapted financing for the supply of agricultural raw materials; financial support dedicated to strengthening market channels for the sale of products on the local market; simplified procedures and a decentralized decision-making process, and  guaranteeing greater fluidity and speed of processing customer requests.

In addition, offer is divided into eight packs, each composed of goods dedicated to each phase, from agricultural inputs to exports, including production, product valuation, commercial development in the Moroccan market and international Markets. These packages include the citrus sector, fresh and processed fruits and vegetables, olive oil, milk products and poultry and red meat sectors.

Finally, a transverse package called «sustainable development package» is also proposed to accompany operators who are considering adopting environmentally friendly techniques, such as organic farming and energy audits.
