King Mohammed VI chaired, on Monday at the Rabat royal palace, a working session on upgrading vocational training offer, diversifying and developing jobs and modernizing pedagogical methods, said a statement by the Royal Office.
The meeting is in line with the implementation of the priorities and measures set by the monarch, especially in the speeches on the Throne Day and August 20.
For the record, in his speech dated Aug. 20, the King drew attention anew to the problem of youth employment, in relation mainly to the issue of balance between training and employment.
Yesterday, the King «gave his instructions» so that a committee, which is chaired by the head of government, elaborates and submits «within three weeks a program of specific projects and measures for immediate application which will be financed notably with the participation of Hassan II Fund.
For the record, on October 13, 2017 King Mohammed VI had invited El Othmani’s government to develop an integrated strategy for young people.
