To avoid the spread of the novel coronavirus, the Moroccan government has decided to suspend flights to and from Italy, the epicenter of the virus in Europe.

The decision was made through a press release, made by public by MAP news agency, featuring the Health Ministry number (0801004747) and that of the Foreign Ministry (+212 537 663 300).

For the record, the first and second coronavirus cases recorded in Morocco were both imported from Italy. The patients are a man and a woman who visited Italy in February. The third coronavirus case was recorded, Tuesday, after a French tourist tested positive for the virus.
