15.66.وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ الأَمْرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَؤُلاء مَقْطُوعٌ مُّصْبِحِينَ

15.66. Et Nous lui signifiâmes alors cet arrêt, à savoir que son peuple serait anéanti, à la pointe du jour, jusqu'au dernier.

15.66 . And We made plain the case to him , that the root of them ( who did wrong ) was to be cut at early morn .

15.66. Waqadayna ilayhi thalika al-amra anna dabira haola-i maqtooAAun musbiheena

15.67.وَجَاء أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

15.67. Les gens de la ville étaient déjà chez Loth, tout joyeux.

15.67 . And the people of the city came , rejoicing at the news ( of new arrivals ) .

15.67. Wajaa ahlu almadeenati yastabshiroona

15.68.قَالَ إِنَّ هَؤُلاء ضَيْفِي فَلاَ تَفْضَحُونِ

15.68. Loth leur dit : «Ces gens sont mes hôtes. Ne me déshonorez pas !

15.68 . He said : Lo! they are my guests . Affront me not!

15.68. Qala inna haola-i dayfee fala tafdahooni

15.69.وَاتَّقُوا اللّهَ وَلاَ تُخْزُونِ

15.69. Craignez Dieu ! Épargnez-moi cette honte !»

15.69 . And keep your duty to Allah , and shame me not!

15.69. Waittaqoo Allaha wala tukhzooni

15.70.قَالُوا أَوَلَمْ نَنْهَكَ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ

15.70. – «Ne t'avons-nous pas défendu, répliquèrent-ils, de recevoir des étrangers chez toi?»

15.70 . They said : Have we not forbidden you from ( entertaining ) anyone?

15.70. Qaloo awa lam nanhaka AAani alAAalameena
