17.41.وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا فِي هَـذَا الْقُرْآنِ لِيَذَّكَّرُواْ وَمَا يَزِيدُهُمْ إِلاَّ نُفُوراً

17.41. Nous avons eu beau multiplier Nos enseignements dans ce Coran pour amener les hommes à réfléchir, mais cela ne fait qu'aviver leur dissentiment.

17.41 . We verily have displayed ( Our warnings ) in this Quran that they may take heed , but it increaseth them in naught save aversion .

17.41. Walaqad sarrafna fee hatha alqur-ani liyaththakkaroo wama yazeeduhum illa nufooran

17.42.قُل لَّوْ كَانَ مَعَهُ آلِهَةٌ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ إِذاً لاَّبْتَغَوْاْ إِلَى ذِي الْعَرْشِ سَبِيلاً

17.42. Dis-leur : «S'il y avait d'autres divinités que Lui, comme vous le prétendez, celles-ci ne chercheraient-elles pas à Lui disputer Son Trône?»

17.42 . Say ( O Muhammad , to the disbelievers ) : If there were other gods along with Him , as they say , then had they sought a way against the Lord of the Throne .

17.42. Qul law kana maAAahu alihatun kama yaqooloona ithan laibtaghaw ila thee alAAarshi sabeelan

17.43.سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ عُلُوّاً كَبِيراً

17.43. Gloire à Lui, le Très-Haut ! Il est infiniment au-dessus de leurs blasphèmes !

17.43 . Glorified is He , and High Exalted above what they say!

17.43. Subhanahu wataAAala AAamma yaqooloona AAuluwwan kabeeran

17.44.تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ السَّبْعُ وَالأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدَهِ وَلَـكِن لاَّ تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبِيحَهُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَلِيماً غَفُوراً

17.44. Les sept Cieux, la Terre et tout ce qu'ils renferment célèbrent le Nom du Seigneur, et il n'est rien dans la Création qui ne proclame Sa gloire. Mais vous ne comprenez pas leur façon de L'exalter. En vérité, Dieu est Plein de compassion et de mansuétude.

17.44 . The seven heavens and the earth and all that is therein praise Him , and there is not a thing but hymneth his praise ; but ye understand not their praise . Lo! He is ever Clement , Forgiving .

17.44. Tusabbihu lahu alssamawatu alssabAAu waal-ardu waman feehinna wa-in min shay-in illa yusabbihu bihamdihi walakin la tafqahoona tasbeehahum innahu kana haleeman ghafooran

17.45.وَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرآنَ جَعَلْنَا بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ حِجَاباً مَّسْتُوراً

17.45. Quand tu récites le Coran, Nous plaçons un rideau invisible entre toi et ceux qui ne croient pas à la vie future.

17.45 . And when thou recitest the Quran We place between thee , and those who believe not in the Hereafter a hidden barrier ;

17.45. Wa-itha qara/ta alqur-ana jaAAalna baynaka wabayna allatheena la yu/minoona bial-akhirati hijaban mastooran
