77.36.وَلَا يُؤْذَنُ لَهُمْ فَيَعْتَذِرُونَ

77.36. et n'auront droit de présenter aucune excuse !

77.36 . Nor are they suffered to put forth excuses .

77.36. Wala yu/thanu lahum fayaAAtathiroona

77.37.وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

77.37. Malheur, ce jour-là, à ceux qui crient au mensonge !

77.37 . Woe unto the repudiators on that day!

77.37. Waylun yawma-ithin lilmukaththibeena

77.38.هَذَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ جَمَعْنَاكُمْ وَالْأَوَّلِينَ

77.38. «Voilà, leur sera-t-il dit, le Jour du règlement des comptes. Nous vous y avons réunis, vous et vos devanciers !

77.38 . This is the Day of Decision , We have brought you and the men of old together .

77.38. Hatha yawmu alfasli jamaAAnakum waal-awwaleena

77.39.فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌ فَكِيدُونِ

77.39. Et si vous disposez d'un moyen pour échapper aux tourments, c'est le moment de l'utiliser !»

77.39 . If now ye have any wit , outwit Me .

77.39. Fa-in kana lakum kaydun fakeedooni

77.40.وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
