Moroccan tomato exports to Ireland hit record high

Morocco has reached a new seasonal record for tomato exports to Ireland, doubling last year’s volumes, according to EastFruit. Between October 2024 and August 2025, Morocco shipped 3,400 tons of tomatoes worth USD 7.5 million, its highest level ever and 62% above the previous record set in 2020/21.
