Morocco was among the top 20 footwear exporters to Brazil in February, according to a survey by the Brazilian Footwear Industry Association (Abicalçados) released on Tuesday. In February, Morocco sold USD 32,500 worth of footwear to Brazil, totaling 1,976 pairs. This represents a sales growth of 3,300% compared to February of last year. Data from Abicalçados also shows a decrease in the average value of the footwear exported by Morocco to Brazil in the year-over-year comparison.
