The 18th edition of the Jazzablanca festival, set to take place from July 3 to 12, 2025, will expand to ten days for the first time, offering original performances and an immersive experience at Anfa Park Village. The lineup includes Salif Keïta, Jordan Rakei, Tif, Emel, and Alfa Mist, along with Aïta Mon Amour, Waaju & Majid Bekkas Trio, and Ezra Collective, the organizers announced.
«The beating heart of the festival, Jazzablanca Village, has been designed as a space for discovery and connection, where music is experienced to the fullest», they emphasized in a statement. The venue, which is being reimagined for this edition, will be the festival’s focal point for four nights. «From Sunday, July 6, to Wednesday, July 9, festivalgoers will be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere where music, art, and conviviality converge, centered around Stage 21 and the Village’s main square for dining and entertainment», the statement added.
This «one-of-a-kind experience» will showcase «the richness of jazz and contemporary music», catering to both jazz enthusiasts and a wider audience. The program promises «a journey into the heart of the new international jazz scene while celebrating Moroccan and African artists redefining the genre».
Additional acts will be announced soon, according to the organizers.
