Maroc Telecom will hold the 22nd edition of its Beach Festival from July 20 to August 21, featuring 60 free concerts across M'diq, Tangier, Al Hoceima and Saïdia, the company announced in a press release.
The festival will showcase a diverse lineup of Moroccan and Arab artists performing genres including hip-hop, rap, Aïta, Chaâbi, contemporary Moroccan music, Raï, Reggada, Arab pop and Levantine variety music, alongside local and folk groups. Maroc Telecom said the event will also provide a platform for emerging Moroccan artists to perform alongside established names.
Launched in 2002, the Beach Festival has become one of Morocco's largest free music events, attracting millions of festivalgoers each summer. Maroc Telecom said the festival also contributes to the economic and tourism activity of the host cities while promoting culture and regional development.
