King Mohammed VI has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the members of the national football team of local players, celebrating their triumph in the African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024).
In his message, the king expressed immense pride and enthusiasm, stating, «I watched with great admiration as you clinched a well-deserved victory in the final of the eighth edition of the African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024), hosted by our brotherly nations of Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda».
«It is with immense joy and pride that I extend to you my warmest congratulations on this continental victory, the third of its kind, which underscores the exceptional achievements and recent performances of Moroccan football. I applaud the dedication of all team members, including players, coaches, and the technical, medical, and administrative staff, as well as the leaders of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation», wrote the monarch.
He also expressed his deep appreciation for their significant contributions, marked by a spirit of sincere patriotism, aimed at securing this new African title.
