Military training aircraft crashes near Marrakech, pilot injured

A military training aircraft crashed on Tuesday morning near Marrakech, in the douar of Taqoura in the commune of Aghouatim, Al Haouz province, triggering a major emergency response from security forces and local authorities, according to local media.

The pilot sustained injuries of varying severity and was transferred to hospital for treatment, while no other casualties were reported. Royal Gendarmerie units, Civil Protection teams and local authorities secured the crash site and launched technical and judicial investigations to determine the cause of the accident, Kech24 reported.
