Investigations into the pro-ISIS terror cell, dismantled Friday morning in Tangier, led to the arrest in the same city of another man suspected of links to the cell's members, the Central Bureau for Judicial Investigations (BCIJ) has announced in a statement.

The BCIJ dismantled on Friday a pro-ISIS terror cell of eight people, who were operating in the northern city of Tangier, the statement said, adding that the suspects adhered to ISIS propaganda and were trying to carry out terror attacks in Morocco.

Investigations are ongoing under the supervision of the competent prosecutor's office.
