After it was reported that he rejected the Italian club’s offer, Belgian club Bruges announced, Thursday, that the Moroccan international midfielder Sofyan Amrabat was loaned to Hellas Verona for one season, MAP reports.
Hellas Verona will have the option signing the Moroccan player, said the Belgian club.
Born in Blaricum on August 21, 1996 to Moroccan parents from Ben Tayeb, Sofyan grew up in Huizen and started playing football at an early age with his big brother Nordin.
In 2013, he participated in the U17 World Cup with the Atlas Lions before being summoned in 2017 to join the national football team. He also participated in the 2018 World Cup in Russia, especially in the first match against Iran.
