Corendon Airlines Europe announced on Wednesday (October 30th) that it will launch two new direct flights, including one that is linking Leipzig in eastern Germany to Agadir in Morocco for the winter.
A statement from the low-cost airline, quoted by German online news platform Check24, states that starting from November, the route linking Agadir in Morocco and Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt to Leipzig will be scheduled once a week and operated by a Boeing 737-800. The first flight from Morocco, will begin on November 2, 2019.
For the record, Corendon Airlines Europe is a Maltese charter company based at Malta International Airport. Its sister firms are the Turkish company Corendon Airlines and the Dutch company Corendon Dutch Airlines, which belong to the Corendon Tourism Group. Corendon Airlines Europe was created in 2017 with the aim of operating flight within European countries.
