The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Morocco has jumped to 96, according to the recent updates issued by the Health Ministry.
In a press release, issued Saturday evening, the Health Ministry also announced that a third Covid-19 patient has recovered. The patient is a French-Senegalese woman who tested positive for the virus while in Fez.
The ministry indicated that the 96 confirmed cases are located in ten regions, namely Casablanca-Settat (22), Rabat-Kenitra (22), Fez-Meknes (21), Marrakech-Safi (10), Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima (7), Souss-Massa (6), Oriental region (4), Beni-Mellal-Kenitra (2), Guelmim-Oued Noun (1), and Deraa-Tafilalt (1).
For the record, three people who tested positive for the virus died.
