Spain organizes new repatriation operations for Spanish nationals and residents stranded in Morocco

The Spanish embassy in Morocco announced that it is planning a new repatriation operation to bring home stranded nationals and residents to the Iberia peninsula.

This operation, to be operated by Trasmediterranea, is scheduled for July 9 and 10. On social media, the diplomatic representation indicated that the operation will link the Tanger Med port to Algeciras and Tarifa.

Last week, the Spanish Embassy in Rabat announced the organization of other repatriation operations, for Spanish nationals and Moroccans residing in Spain. The diplomatic representation indicated that these operations will also be operated by a ferry.

On June, a similar operation was planned for the 26th and 27th. On June 17, another exceptional boat trip from Tanger Med enabled the repatriation of 714 passengers and 305 cars.
