One hundred and thirty-six (136) new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Morocco between Friday evening and Saturday morning, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 15,464, announced the ministry of Health.
The number of recoveries amounts to 11,895 with 68 new recoveries, while the number of fatalities rises to 244 with one new death, said the ministry.
In addition, the number of excluded cases after negative laboratory results stands at 840,350, according to the same source.
The ministry urges citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities, by showing responsibility and patriotism.
