The percentage of Moroccans supporting normalization with Israel has shifted significantly following the events of October 7, 2023, and their aftermath. Support for establishing relations with the Hebrew state has dropped dramatically within the Kingdom.
According to its annual report on countries that signed the Abraham Accords with Israel, the Abraham Accords Peace Institute said that 2023 was the most productive year for Israel-Morocco relations since resumption of relations.
