Many people celebrate Christmas in Morocco. For salesmen, the period is a good commercial opportunity while for others it is an excuse to party and have fun with family and friends.
On the 24th and 25th of December, Moroccans converted to Christianity commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, an occasion that is not all the time associated with celebration. Moroccan who converted to Christianity recently submitted their complaints to the Prime Minister and both houses of the parliament. Hoping to be granted the right to practice their religion, they were already received in April by the Secretary General of the National Council for Human Rights (CNDH).
