18.71.فَانطَلَقَا حَتَّى إِذَا رَكِبَا فِي السَّفِينَةِ خَرَقَهَا قَالَ أَخَرَقْتَهَا لِتُغْرِقَ أَهْلَهَا لَقَدْ جِئْتَ شَيْئاً إِمْراً
18.71. Ils partirent donc ensemble et montèrent à bord d'un navire, sur le flanc duquel l'inconnu s'empressa de pratiquer une brèche. «Pourquoi, s'écria Moïse, y as-tu pratiqué cette brèche? Est-ce pour en noyer les passagers? En vérité, c'est un acte abominable que tu viens de commettre !»
18.71 . So the twain set out till , when they were in the ship , be made a hole therein . ( Moses ) said : Hast thou made a hole therein to drown the folk thereof? Thou verily hast done a dreadful thing .
18.71. Faintalaqa hatta itha rakiba fee alssafeenati kharaqaha qala akharaqtaha litughriqa ahlaha laqad ji/ta shay-an imran
18.72.قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُلْ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِيَ صَبْراً
18.72. – «Ne t'avais-je pas dit, rétorqua l'inconnu, que tu n'aurais jamais assez de patience pour rester avec moi?»
18.72 . He said : Did I not tell thee thou couldst not bear with me?
18.72. Qala alam aqul innaka lan tastateeAAa maAAiya sabran
18.73.قَالَ لَا تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا نَسِيتُ وَلَا تُرْهِقْنِي مِنْ أَمْرِي عُسْراً
18.73. – «Ne me blâme pas trop, reprit Moïse, pour mon oubli et ne me soumets pas à une trop dure épreuve !»
18.73 . ( Moses ) said : Be not wroth with me that I forgot , and be not hard upon me for my fault .
18.73. Qala la tu-akhithnee bima naseetu wala turhiqnee min amree AAusran
18.74.فَانطَلَقَا حَتَّى إِذَا لَقِيَا غُلَاماً فَقَتَلَهُ قَالَ أَقَتَلْتَ نَفْساً زَكِيَّةً بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ لَّقَدْ جِئْتَ شَيْئاً نُّكْراً
18.74. Puis ils reprirent ensemble leur route et firent la rencontre d'un jeune homme que l'inconnu ne tarda pas à mettre à mort. «Quoi?, s'indigna Moïse. N'as-tu pas tué là un être innocent qui, lui, n'a tué personne? Ne viens-tu pas de commettre une chose affreuse?»
18.74 . So the twain journeyed on till , when they met a lad , he slew him . ( Moses ) said : What! Hast thou slain an innocent soul who hath slain no man? Verily thou hast done a horrid thing .
18.74. Faintalaqa hatta itha laqiya ghulaman faqatalahu qala aqatalta nafsan zakiyyatan bighayri nafsin laqad ji/ta shay-an nukran
18.75.قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَسْتَطِيعَ مَعِي صَبْراً
18.75. – «Ne t'avais-je pas averti, dit l'étranger, que tu n'aurais pas assez de patience pour supporter ma compagnie?»
18.75 . He said : Did I not tell thee that thou couldst not bear with me? '
