18.86.حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ مَغْرِبَ الشَّمْسِ وَجَدَهَا تَغْرُبُ فِي عَيْنٍ حَمِئَةٍ وَوَجَدَ عِندَهَا قَوْماً قُلْنَا يَا ذَا الْقَرْنَيْنِ إِمَّا أَن تُعَذِّبَ وَإِمَّا أَن تَتَّخِذَ فِيهِمْ حُسْناً
18.86. jusqu'à ce qu'il eût atteint le point le plus extrême de l'Occident. Là, il vit que le soleil se couchait sur une source bouillante aux bords de laquelle vivait une peuplade. Nous lui dîmes : «Ô Dhû-l-Qarnayn ! Libre à toi de les châtier ou de les traiter avec bienveillance !»
18.86 . Till , when he reached the setting place of the sun , he found it setting in a muddy spring , and found a people thereabout : We said : O Dhul-Qarneyn! Either punish or show them kindness .
18.86. Hatta itha balagha maghriba alshshamsi wajadaha taghrubu fee AAaynin hami-atin wawajada AAindaha qawman qulna ya tha alqarnayni imma an tuAAaththiba wa-imma an tattakhitha feehim husnan
18.87.قَالَ أَمَّا مَن ظَلَمَ فَسَوْفَ نُعَذِّبُهُ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّ إِلَى رَبِّهِ فَيُعَذِّبُهُ عَذَاباً نُّكْراً
18.87. – «Celui qui est injuste, dit-il, nous le châtierons. Après quoi, il sera ramené à son Seigneur qui lui infligera un châtiment des plus sévères.
18.87 . He said : As for him who doeth wrong , we shall punish him , and then he will be brought back unto , his Lord , who will punish him with awful punishment!
18.87. Qala amma man thalama fasawfa nuAAaththibuhu thumma yuraddu ila rabbihi fayuAAaththibuhu AAathaban nukran
18.88.وَأَمَّا مَنْ آمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحاً فَلَهُ جَزَاء الْحُسْنَى وَسَنَقُولُ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِنَا يُسْراً
18.88. Quant à celui qui croit et pratique le bien, une très belle récompense lui est réservée et nous ne lui donnerons que des ordres faciles à exécuter.»
18.88 . But as for him who believeth and doeth right , good will be his reward , and We shall speak unto him a mild command .
18.88. Waamma man amana waAAamila salihan falahu jazaan alhusna wasanaqoolu lahu min amrina yusran
18.89.ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَ سَبَباً
18.89. Puis il suivit une autre voie,
18.89 . Then he followed a road
18.89. Thumma atbaAAa sababan
18.90.حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ مَطْلِعَ الشَّمْسِ وَجَدَهَا تَطْلُعُ عَلَى قَوْمٍ لَّمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُم مِّن دُونِهَا سِتْراً
18.90. jusqu'à ce qu'il eût atteint le point le plus extrême de l'Orient. Là, il vit que le soleil se levait sur une peuplade à laquelle Nous n'avions donné aucun abri pour s'en protéger.
18.90 . Till , when he reached the rising place of the sun , he found it rising on a people for whom We had appointed no helper therefrom .
18.90. Hatta itha balagha matliAAa alshshamsi wajadaha tatluAAu AAala qawmin lam najAAal lahum min dooniha sitran
