25.41.وَإِذَا رَأَوْكَ إِن يَتَّخِذُونَكَ إِلَّا هُزُواً أَهَذَا الَّذِي بَعَثَ اللَّهُ رَسُولاً

25.41. Quand ils te voient, ils ne manquent pas de te tourner en dérision : «Est-ce cet individu-là, disent-ils, que Dieu a envoyé comme Prophète?

25.41 . And when they see thee ( O Muhammad ) they treat thee only as a jest ( saying ) : Is this he whom Allah sendeth as a messenger?

25.41. Wa-itha raawka in yattakhithoonaka illa huzuwan ahatha allathee baAAatha Allahu rasoolan

25.42.إِن كَادَ لَيُضِلُّنَا عَنْ آلِهَتِنَا لَوْلَا أَن صَبَرْنَا عَلَيْهَا وَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ حِينَ يَرَوْنَ الْعَذَابَ مَنْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلاً

25.42. Il a bien failli nous égarer loin de nos divinités, n'était-ce l'attachement résolu que nous avions pour elles.» Cependant, ils verront bien, quand ils seront en face du châtiment, qui aura été le plus éloigné du droit chemin.

25.42 . He would have led us far away from our gods if we had not been staunch to them . They will know , when they behold the doom , who is more astray as to the road .

25.42. In kada layudilluna AAan alihatina lawla an sabarna AAalayha wasawfa yaAAlamoona heena yarawna alAAathaba man adallu sabeelan

25.43.أَرَأَيْتَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ إِلَهَهُ هَوَاهُ أَفَأَنتَ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ وَكِيلاً

25.43. N'as-tu pas vu celui qui prend sa passion pour une divinité? Serais-tu disposé à en être le garant?

25.43 . Hast thou seen him who chooseth for his god his own lust? Wouldst thou then be guardian over him?

25.43. Araayta mani ittakhatha ilahahu hawahu afaanta takoonu AAalayhi wakeelan

25.44.أَمْ تَحْسَبُ أَنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ أَوْ يَعْقِلُونَ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا كَالْأَنْعَامِ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلاً

25.44. Estimes-tu que la plupart de ces gens entendent ou comprennent? En vérité, leur niveau ne dépasse pas celui des bestiaux, ou plutôt ils sont plus égarés encore.

25.44 . Or deemest thou that most of them hear or understand? They are but as the cattle , nay , but they are farther astray!

25.44. Am tahsabu anna aktharahum yasmaAAoona aw yaAAqiloona in hum illa kaal-anAAami bal hum adallu sabeelan

25.45.أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى رَبِّكَ كَيْفَ مَدَّ الظِّلَّ وَلَوْ شَاء لَجَعَلَهُ سَاكِناً ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَا الشَّمْسَ عَلَيْهِ دَلِيلاً

25.45. As-tu remarqué comment ton Seigneur étend l'ombre? Il l'aurait assurément faite immobile, s'Il l'avait voulu. Nous faisons du soleil un guide pour elle,

25.45 . Hast thou not seen how thy Lord hath spread the shade . And if He willed He could have made it still , then We have made the sun its pilot ;

25.45. Alam tara ila rabbika kayfa madda alththilla walaw shaa lajaAAalahu sakinan thumma jaAAalna alshshamsa AAalayhi daleelan
