Findme! Japan is a great country, I love to be here. I was before in America, the life there is easier but japanese are warmer.

Salam findme,

In Belgium there are many moroccan people and especially in the capital, Brussels. In some places, we dont have the impression we are in Europa. There are 2 streets in Brussels where there are only moroccan, pakistan and turkich shops, it s so funny to go there and you find eveything you are looking for. In Ramadan for example, chebakia, baghrir, halwa, sfouf and... are sold. A commune in Brussels is named Bni makada a place in tanger because there are a lot of moroccan y especially from tanger and everything is sold as in Morocco.

If you need any information, dont hesitate.

And in America, i suppose its other thing, can you speak a little of your country?

Salam, merrakch

I didnt know one of the yabiladian were living in Japan, it s so interesting! I thimk you are the only one, isnt it? And tell me, do you have learnt japanes easily or do you speak english there. Last year i was learning japanese but this year i study in Spain and in my university they dont teach japanese, it s a pity but i hope i can continue in belgium this year. I m so interested in this lenguage and its culture and especially people, they are so kind.

Thank you very much.

And 3wacher mabroka.

Brussels is the best place in the world for the moroccan people,we don't feel ourselves strangers and we can find everything we want.

Many moroccans from others countries when they see our way of life, they don't believe it.

Hi Marrakech
I heard that life in the states is easier, and ou confirmed that, but I would say that Japan is a safer place to be in, but warmer? I dont think so, Japanese people are the coldest I have ever met!

hi tangawiya
I m glad to hear that you have whatever you need there in belgium, you dont know how lucky you are, here in japan, I would be really happy to see just a little piece of olive in a salad, international food is practically inexistant, there are no moroccan restaurants in the city I live in, there a couple of turkish retaurants though, very good, I might add. Internationla food here is restricted to asian, so you will find a bunch of chinese and korean restaurants, there is vietnamese as well, there is also a very pleasant small china town in a city not very far from the one I live in. When it s ramadan my parents send me all I need from home.
Japanese food is good though, much more lighter than Moroccan cuisine, but I just cant get used to eating raw fish or raw eggs, or even sweet beans. You know that they eat a kind of very small fish alive? So usually there is a cup full of water where a lot of these tiny fish is swimming alive, they drink it with the fish and everything, they say it feels good when the fish is moving inside their throat, I would never understand that.

I am very happy for you moro and tangawiya, it must feel good feeling at home in a foreign country, more than the food, being able to meet people from your country and having the chance to speak your native language, that sounds like heaven
tangawiya, you mentioned sth about learning Japanese, well it is a difficult language to master, at least more difficult than french or spanish for us, but we Moroccans can learn languages easily, all the students that I know here and myself managed to learn it in one year, and we re actually taking classes in japanese, we write reports and stuff in japanese as well, but il is so much fun speaking it, because it gives you the chance to understand the culture more, to really get what is happening around, especially with all the nuances and the different ways of talking depending to whom you are talking and also depending on whether u r male or female, it s lot of fun, carry on learning it, and if you need any help I m here for that, you can ask me any questions you want, and you re welcome to visit if you wanna practice!

Hello,

Moro, where are you from?

Findme, i didnt know that japanese are the coldest people, i m so astonished. In Belgium those people are very warm and kind. It s stange. But i think merrakch has told of the difference between the american and the japanese and of course they japanese are more warm. It s like in Belgium, Belgiun are very cold, in the sreets they dont talk with anybody, they live their life, seldom take care of the others, it s a pity! It s for that reason that i hate this country, i have born there but i dont like it, it s so different from our arabic culture, we know the hospitality, if sbdy has a problem, we go directly to help him,...
Now, i m in Spain, i have been here since october and i like very much their way of life, it s near our culture, the first day i arrived i didnt have any flat to live in, i had to look for it, and a girl i met in the bus had proposed me to sleep in her house before i find sthg. It s very nice of her. And the majority of spanish are like that. In Belgium, you cant imagine this. And there are many other differences... I m leaving Spain within 1 month and i m very sad to think about it. I have been here only for 4 months and it s like i have lived here for a long time, it s the contrary in Belgium.

Findme, I m sorry, i thought you were living in America, it s for that i was asking you about this country. Annd where are yoou from iin Morroco?

Merrakch, you are from Japan also, isnt it?

Thank you.

Salam findme,

Concerning the food you were talking about, a have seen once in the tv that japanese eat fish alive but it didnt chocked me at all, eating dogs or mouses is worser! Can you tell me if many people consume that or only a minority? Thank you. In Belgium, we have many moroccan snacks, restaurants, pubs...and tunisian, pakistan, turkish,...we have everything you need. I imagine that in japan there is nothing from Morocco, it s normal, you hasnt the idea of opening a moroccan restaurant or something like that there, i think it s a good business... but of courses very difficult in the beginning.
Yes, of cousrse i would like to continue the study of japanese, but the pb is that i havent practise the language since june, month of the exam. And i have forgotten everything but i think when i will be in belgium, it will be more easy...but i have missed 4 months, it s so much, i will see...i hope to follow it. I like it so much! And thank you for your proposition to help me, i will tell you lately, ok? Within 1 year, i can go to stydy in Japan during 1 year but i dont know if i will do it...1 year is a very long time without seeing family and friends, and i dont know if there is place in the university...

Thank you.
