Morocco acquires 65 million doses of vaccines, 25 million people targeted (Official)

Morocco has acquired 65 million doses of the two vaccines the Kingdom has opted for, Minister of Health Khalid Ait Taleb said Thursday during the Council of Government meeting. He explained that the target population amounts to 25 million people.

Preparations for the launch of the national vaccination campaign have reached a «very advanced» stage, said the Minister, quoted by government spokesman Said Amzazi, during a press briefing held following the Council.

The exact date of the start of the vaccination campaign was however not announced as of yet.
