Sporting Charleroi and Stade Brestois have confirmed an agreement for the loan of Moroccan defender Achraf Dari, without a purchase option, for a period of 5 months until June 30, 2024.
The official announcement was made on Thursday, February 1st, by Charleroi on their Twitter platform. The 24-year-old Dari strengthens the Zebra defense as a right-sided central defender, having honed his skills at Wydad Casablanca before his transfer to Stade Brestois in the summer of 2022.

Dari boasts an impressive record of 164 professional club matches across all competitions, contributing 12 goals and 2 assists. He also holds international experience, representing Morocco on multiple occasions, notably featuring in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. During the tournament, he made 3 appearances and even found the net once.
While Belgian media reported interest from Rayo Vallecano in Spain and Anderlecht in the Belgian league in late January, Charleroi secured his loan, despite earlier reports suggesting he favored the Spanish offer.
