The Royal Moroccan Football Association (RMFA) announced a change in venue for Morocco's match against Congo Brazzaville in the 2026 World Cup African qualifiers. Originally scheduled for the Pentecost Martyrs Stadium in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, the match will now be held on June 11th at the Grand Stadium in Agadir, Morocco. Kickoff is set for 8:00 PM.

This comes after the RMFA received notification from FIFA regarding the venue change. Morocco's next match, however, remains as planned : The Atlas Lions will face Zambia this Friday evening, June 7, in Agadir for the third round of qualifiers.

Currently, Morocco leads Group F with three points after their away victory against Tanzania (0-2) on November 21st. Zambia, Niger, and Tanzania (who have played two matches each) also have three points.
