Morocco's Foreign Affairs Minister Nasser Bourita met with his Indonesian counterpart Retno Marsudi on Monday, September 2.

The meeting, held in Bali, took place on the sidelines of the second Indonesia-Africa Forum, which Bourita is attending on behalf of King Mohammed VI.

The Forum, scheduled to conclude on September 3, is themed «Bandung Spirit for Africa's Agenda 2063». Inaugurated on Monday by Indonesian President Joko Widodo, it is attended by numerous heads of state, government leaders, and African ministers.

The Forum aims to strengthen economic cooperation between Indonesia and the African continent, which is considered a key economic partner for the Asian country. Building on the success of the first IAF in 2018, the event will focus on establishing an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable relationship between Indonesia and Africa.
