In a horrific incident on Saturday, a teenager was tortured and detained by employees of a hookah bar on Mohammed V street in Casablanca. According to Assabah newspaper, the attack occurred after the owner sought revenge on the 16-year-old, suspecting him of having a romantic relationship with his daughter. In response, the owner enlisted several of his employees to torture and starve the young man.

The victim, who had previously worked at the hookah bar, was confined to a restroom overnight, where he was tied up and beaten with an electrical cord on various parts of his body. He was also subjected to psychological abuse, with cold water poured over him throughout the ordeal.

The case came to light after the teenager’s mother filed a complaint with the police, detailing the brutal torture her son had endured at the hands of his former boss. As a result, the judicial police arrested several individuals involved in the incident, including the main suspects.

During the investigation, the hookah bar was shut down, shisha pipes were confiscated, and the victim was taken to the hospital for necessary treatment. An official investigation has been launched to uncover the full circumstances of the incident and take appropriate legal action.
