On Sunday, April 6, Rabat witnessed a massive march, with thousands of citizens gathering in support of the Palestinian people and to condemn the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

The march was organized by the Moroccan Front for Supporting Palestine and Against Normalization, a coalition that includes several political parties, trade unions, human rights groups, and civil society organizations.

Participants traveled from various cities across Morocco to join the demonstration, which began at Bab El Had Square. Many carried Palestinian flags and images of prominent figures of the resistance.

Chants echoed throughout the march, expressing unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian people and support for the resistance in Gaza and the West Bank. Protesters also denounced the silence of Arab governments, criticizing official complacency toward the Palestinian cause and condemning Western backing of the Israeli occupation. Banners called for an end to all forms of normalization with the Zionist entity.

Since the Israeli occupation resumed its aggression on Gaza on March 18, more than 1,335 Palestinians have been killed and over 3,000 injured, according to official Palestinian sources.
