Police officers in Casablanca’s Moulay Rachid district arrested four individuals, including a minor, on Wednesday. They are suspected of involvement in public violence and causing damage to private property.

The incident took place on Tuesday evening, when national security services received a report about a group of individuals—believed to be supporters of a local football team—engaging in acts of violence and vandalizing several parked cars on a public street. Police patrols were dispatched and quickly intervened, leading to the identification and arrest of four suspects.

The three adult suspects have been placed in police custody, while the minor has been placed under supervision as part of a judicial investigation led by the competent public prosecutor’s office. The investigation aims to clarify the circumstances and motives behind the incident. Security services are continuing their efforts to identify additional individuals who may have been involved.
