This choice also reflects the support of these two important institutions to the economic policies and structural reforms implemented in Morocco under, the source added.
The 2021 edition, which will take place in the city of Marrakech, will be an opportunity to highlight the structural reforms undertaken by Morocco as well as the progress it has made and to discuss and exchange with international decision makers and experts on the means to develop international and regional cooperation.
The Annual Meetings bring together central bankers, ministers of finance and development, private sector executives, civil society, media and academics to discuss issues of global concern, including the world economic outlook, global financial stability, poverty eradication, jobs and growth, economic development, aid effectiveness and climate change.
