Spain intercepts 17 Moroccan migrants in a boat

On Sunday, local police officers from the city of Rota (Cadiz), with the help of the Civil Guard and the Spanish National Police, intercepted a boat that was carrying 17 Moroccan migrants, local online newspaper Andalucia Informacion reports.

Sixteen of these Moroccan migrants are aged between 20 and 30, while one of them is a 17-year-old minor. The same source indicates that the migrants were taken to a refugee center in Algeciras via a Red Cross bus.
