A Moroccan national among Spain’s most wanted criminals

Spain’s Civil Guard has published a list of the most wanted criminals that have not been arrested yet. According to El Cierre Digital, the list includes a 45-year-old Moroccan from Casablanca.

Identified as Hicham Douh, the man in question is wanted for the alleged murder of a Bolivian woman. The alleged murder has reportedly occurred on June 15, 2015, in a house in Saint Antoni de Portmany (Ibiza).

The Moroccan left Spain on the same day, heading to his parent’s place in Morocco. The Civil Guard, which has not located him yet, believe that he could have gone to Iran or Syria.

Other murderers, drug traffickers, members of organizations specializing in theft and terrorists are listed in the document issued by the Civil Guard.
