Morocco records 60 new confirmed coronavirus cases, 6,930 in total

60 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning in Morocco, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 6,930, the health Ministry announced.

In a recent update, the Ministry reported that 87,665 suspected cases have tested negative for the virus so far. While deaths related to the coronavirus stand at 192, the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered in the Kingdom has reached 3,732.

The confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are located as follows : 29.75% in Casablanca-Settat, 18.47% in Marrakech-Safi, 13.92% in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, 13.72% in Fez-Meknes, 8.46% in Daraa-Tafilalet, 9.64% in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, 2.60% in the Oriental region, 1.62% in Beni-Mellal-Khenifra, 1.11% in Souss Massa, 0.62% in Guelmim-Oued Noun, 0.06% in Laayoune-Sakia-El Hamra, 0.03 in Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab.
