Morocco records 7 new coronavirus cases, 7,577 in total

7 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning in Morocco, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 7,577, the health Ministry announced.

In a recent update, the Ministry reported that 155,791 suspected cases have tested negative for the virus so far. While deaths related to the coronavirus stand at 202, the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered in the Kingdom has reached 4,969.

The confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are located as follows : 32.90% in Casablanca-Settat, 17.51% in Marrakech-Safi, 13.78% in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, 13.12% in Fez-Meknes, 7.73% in Daraa-Tafilalet, 9.18% in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, 2.45% in the Oriental region, 1.49% in Beni-Mellal-Khenifra, 1.16% in Souss Massa, 0.57% in Guelmim-Oued Noun, 0.05% in Laayoune-Sakia-El Hamra, 0.07 in Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab.
