Morocco records 35 new coronavirus cases, 7,636 in total

35 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning in Morocco, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 7,636, the health Ministry announced.

In a recent update, the Ministry reported that 166,574 suspected cases have tested negative for the virus so far. While deaths related to the coronavirus stand at 202, the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered in the Kingdom has reached 5,109.

The confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are located as follows : 32.99% in Casablanca-Settat, 17.40% in Marrakech-Safi, 13.97% in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, 13.06% in Fez-Meknes, 7.67% in Daraa-Tafilalet, 9.14% in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, 2.44% in the Oriental region, 1.49% in Beni-Mellal-Khenifra, 1.15% in Souss Massa, 0.56% in Guelmim-Oued Noun, 0.05% in Laayoune-Sakia-El Hamra, 0.07 in Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab.
