Morocco records 106 new coronavirus cases, 8,408 in total

106 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning in Morocco, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 8,408, the health Ministry announced.

In a recent update, the Ministry reported that 327,235 suspected cases have tested negative for the virus so far. While deaths related to the coronavirus stand at 208, the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered in the Kingdom has reached 7,423.

The confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are located as follows : 33.97% in Casablanca-Settat, 17.71% in Marrakech-Safi, 14.28% in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, 12.24% in Fez-Meknes, 6.97% in Daraa-Tafilalet, 9.25% in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, 2.33% in the Oriental region, 1.51% in Beni-Mellal-Khenifra, 1.07% in Souss Massa, 0.55% in Guelmim-Oued Noun, 0.06% in Laayoune-Sakia-El Hamra, 0.06 in Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab.
