17 health workers from the same clinic test positive for the coronavirus in Meknes

17 health workers at a private clinic in Meknes have tested positive for the coronavirus. Local media in Meknes reported that some of them will have to redo PCR tests to confirm their infection. People who were in contact with the confirmed cases will also have to undergo tests.

According to Meknes Press, activities within said clinic have drastically reduced as a preventive measure following the infections. Other sources said on Friday that the local authorities in Meknes have ordered the temporary closure of the clinic.

During Thursday's daily press briefing, the Ministry of Health announced that 13 new positive cases were recorded in Meknes.
