South Africa’s Bafana Bafana lost, Monday, to Morocco’s Atlas Lions, after Mbarek Boussoufa managed to score a goal only minutes before the end of the game.
The Atlas Lions have dominated the game against Namibia’s Brave Warriors, Sunday, in Egypt’s Al Salam stadium. It was only after a series of missed opportunities, that a goal was scored by Namibian striker Itamunua Keimuine, allowing the Moroccan team to win the match.
On the 19th of October 1957, the Morocco national Football team played against Irak on its first football game as an independent country.
