38.1.ص وَالْقُرْآنِ ذِي الذِّكْرِ

38.1. Sâd. Par le Coran plein d'enseignements édifiants !

38.1 . Sad . By the renowned Quran ,

38.1. Sad waalqur-ani thee alththikri

38.2.بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي عِزَّةٍ وَشِقَاقٍ

38.2. En vérité, les négateurs vivent dans l'orgueil et la dissidence !

38.2 . Nay , but those who disbelieve are in false pride and schism .

38.2. Bali allatheena kafaroo fee AAizzatin washiqaqin

38.3.كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن قَرْنٍ فَنَادَوْا وَلَاتَ حِينَ مَنَاصٍ

38.3. Pourtant, que de générations n'avons-Nous pas fait périr avant eux et qui, malgré leurs cris d'angoisse, ne purent échapper à Nos rigueurs?

38.3 . How many a generation We destroyed before them , and they cried out when it was no longer the time for escape!

38.3. Kam ahlakna min qablihim min qarnin fanadaw walata heena manasin

38.4.وَعَجِبُوا أَن جَاءهُم مُّنذِرٌ مِّنْهُمْ وَقَالَ الْكَافِرُونَ هَذَا سَاحِرٌ كَذَّابٌ

38.4. Les infidèles trouvent étrange que l'un d'eux soit venu les avertir et disent : «Cet homme est un sorcier et un imposteur !

38.4 . And they marvel that a warner from among themselves hath come unto them , and the disbelievers say : This is a wizard , a charlatan .

38.4. WaAAajiboo an jaahum munthirun minhum waqala alkafiroona hatha sahirun kaththabun

38.5.أَجَعَلَ الْآلِهَةَ إِلَهاً وَاحِداً إِنَّ هَذَا لَشَيْءٌ عُجَابٌ

38.5. Veut-il réduire toutes les divinités à une seule? Voilà une chose bien étrange !»

38.5 . Maketh he the gods One God? Lo! that is an astounding thing .

38.5. AjaAAala al-alihata ilahan wahidan inna hatha lashay-on AAujabun
