43.46.وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
43.46. Nous avons envoyé Moïse avec Nos signes à Pharaon et aux gens de sa cour. «Je suis l'envoyé du Maître de l'Univers !», leur dit-il.
43.46 . And verily We sent Moses with Our revelations unto Pharaoh and his chiefs , and he said : I am a messenger of the Lord of the Worlds .
43.46. Walaqad arsalna moosa bi-ayatina ila firAAawna wamala-ihi faqala innee rasoolu rabbi alAAalameena
43.47.فَلَمَّا جَاءهُم بِآيَاتِنَا إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَضْحَكُونَ
43.47. Mais lorsqu'il produisit Nos signes sous leurs yeux, ils s'en moquèrent,
43.47 . But when he brought them Our tokens , behold! they laughed at them .
43.47. Falamma jaahum bi-ayatina itha hum minha yadhakoona
43.48.وَمَا نُرِيهِم مِّنْ آيَةٍ إِلَّا هِيَ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ أُخْتِهَا وَأَخَذْنَاهُم بِالْعَذَابِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
43.48. alors que toutes les preuves que Nous leur montrions étaient plus probantes les unes que les autres. Mais ce fut en vain. Nous les éprouvâmes alors par le supplice, pour les faire revenir de leurs erreurs.
43.48 . And every token that We showed them was greater than its sister ( token ) , and we grasped them with the torment , that haply they might turn again .
43.48. Wama nureehim min ayatin illa hiya akbaru min okhtiha waakhathnahum bialAAathabi laAAallahum yarjiAAoona
43.49.وَقَالُوا يَا أَيُّهَا السَّاحِرُ ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِندَكَ إِنَّنَا لَمُهْتَدُونَ
43.49. «Ô magicien, dirent-ils à Moïse, implore ton Seigneur, au nom de la promesse qu'Il t'a faite, de mettre fin à nos épreuves, et nous nous engageons à te suivre dans la bonne voie !»
43.49 . And they said : O wizard ; Entreat thy Lord for us by the pact that He hath made with thee . Lo! we verily will walk aright .
43.49. Waqaloo ya ayyuha alsahiru odAAu lana rabbaka bima AAahida AAindaka innana lamuhtadoona
43.50.فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابَ إِذَا هُمْ يَنكُثُونَ
43.50. Mais dès que Nous eûmes mis fin à leurs châtiments, ils s'empressèrent de violer leurs engagements,
43.50 . But when We eased them of the torment , behold! they broke their word .
43.50. Falamma kashafna AAanhumu alAAathaba itha hum yankuthoona
