360 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Morocco during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 513,016. 5,334,087 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine so far, while 4,346,867 people have received the second.
426 new recoveries were recorded during the same period, bringing the total number of recoveries to 499,917.
6 deaths were recorded between yesterday and today, bringing the total number of deaths to 9,049. 3 of these deaths were recorded in Casablanca-Settat, 2 in Beni Mellal-Khenifra, 1 in Fes-Meknes.
The country has 4,050 active cases, including 293 in critical conditions. 19 of them are on ventilators.
Casablanca-Settat recorded 230 cases: 191 in Casablanca, 15 in Mohammedia, 10 in El Jadida, 8 in Nouaceur, 5 in Berrechid and 1 in Médiouna. Then comes Rabat-Salé-Kénitra with 34 cases: 14 in Salé, 8 in Kénitra, 5 in Skhirat-Témara, 4 in Rabat and 3 in Sidi Slimane.
Souss-Massa recorded 13 cases: 8 in Agadir-Ida Ou Tanane, 3 in Inezgane-Aït Melloul, 1 in Tiznit and 1 in Chtouka-Aït Baha. Drâa-Tafilalet recorded 10 cases: 4 in Errachidia, 3 in Ouarzazate, 2 in Tinghir and 1 in Midelt. Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceïma follows with 9 cases: 6 in Tangier-Assilah, 2 in Larache and 1 in Tetouan.
The Oriental has identified 6 cases: 3 in Oujda-Angad, 2 in Driouch and 1 in Guercif. Fès-Meknes identified 4 in El Hajeb. Beni Mellal-Khénifra confirmed 2: 1 to Beni Mellal and 1 to Fqih Ben Salah.
